Companions
Three paths. At your own pace.
On the platform, three paths accompany you. You choose what suits you. You do not have to take all three, and you do not have to go in any particular order. Here you can see what awaits you in each one.
Each companion comes in three forms: as an app (audiobook and text, available now), as an album with songs for the companion, and as a book series (both in the making).
01 · When valuing itself becomes the problem.
The Prison of Valuation
This is about the state in which you constantly value your own sensations instead of seeing them. The prison arises through internalised standards, and the valuing itself is part of the pattern.
- For whom
- For you, if you often judge yourself harshly, feel ashamed of your reactions, or are caught between “too much” and “not enough”.
- What it helps with
- Recognising how outer evaluation turns into inner valuation over time, and how guilt, shame, achievement, adaptation and recognition shape your self-image.
- What you actually do
- You observe where you tie your worth to conditions: Am I good enough? Have I achieved enough? Am I being seen? Am I wrong? In this way you learn to recognise the inner judge.
- Aim
- Sensing who you are when your worth no longer depends on valuation.

02 · When tension becomes hard to bear.
Coping with Conflict
Conflicts are not made to disappear here, but understood and worked through. Inside and out. The aim is not “resolution” at any price, but that you do not lose yourself in the tension.
- For whom
- For you, if disputes throw you off course, you often wonder what is actually being played out, or if conflicts keep echoing in you long afterwards.
- What it helps with
- Seeing that conflicts often begin inside already, through your own interpretations, threatened needs and automatic protective reactions.
- What you actually do
- You take a concrete conflict situation apart: What really happened? What did I feel? What did I make of it? Where did guilt, withdrawal or attack come into play?
- Aim
- Understanding conflicts more clearly and getting through them without losing yourself in the tension.

03 · When old patterns reach into your everyday life.
Schema-B
You work your way towards your wise core, the place in you that can distinguish between what is happening now and what is sounding as an old resonance. At your own pace, without self-condemnation.
- For whom
- For you, if strong emotions overwhelm you, relationships stay unstable, or early attachment wounds reach into your everyday life.
- What it helps with
- Understanding that your nervous system developed protective mechanisms for good reasons: splitting, withdrawal, freezing are not weakness, but responses to old emergencies.
- What you actually do
- You work chapter by chapter on your wise core, the place in you that can distinguish between what is happening now and what is sounding as an old resonance.
- Aim
- More self-direction and self-compassion, so you can reorder your biography without self-condemnation.

When you would like to begin
After the three companions, the journey continues to the platform, where you can work through the three programmes. You work in your protected space and decide when, for how long, and with which programme you begin.
The first four chapters of each companion are free and readable without an account. During the build-up phase all chapters are free – if that changes, you will be told beforehand, and nothing becomes chargeable automatically.
