This statement describes which data is processed when you visit innerelogik.ch, who processes it, for what purpose and for how long. It is continuously expanded as further data flows (newsletter, contact form, platform at app.innerelogik.ch) become active.

This is a translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

Hosting on Vercel

This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). On every request, technically necessary server log data is processed, IP address (truncated), browser type, operating system, date and time, the URL accessed. This data serves the provision and security of the website. In doing so, Vercel may transfer data to the USA; Vercel is self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Reach measurement with Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. Vercel Analytics works in a privacy-friendly way and sets no cookies, uses no browser fingerprints and does not identify visitors personally.

What is recorded

  • the page accessed (e.g. /vision, /isf-begleiter)
  • the referring source (e.g. which website you came from)
  • country (based on the truncated IP)
  • device type, browser, operating system (approximate)
  • a single click event: clicks on the „Zur Plattform“ (To the platform) button in the header (with information on whether desktop or mobile)

What is not recorded

  • no full IP address
  • no cookie and no local-storage entry
  • no personal profiles
  • no content of inputs or searches

Vercel stores this data in aggregated form for a maximum of 12 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO) or Art. 31(1)(f) revDSG).

Fonts

The website uses the fonts Inter and Cormorant Garamond via Google Fonts. The fonts are embedded when the site is built and, on first access, delivered directly from our server; no direct request to Google servers is made from your browser.

Embedded media

The audio and video files on this website are delivered directly from our server. When played, technically necessary data (file request, server log) is processed. No third-party providers such as YouTube or Vimeo are embedded.

External link to the platform

When you click the „Zur Plattform“ (To the platform) button, you are redirected to a separate application at app.innerelogik.ch. A separate privacy policy applies there, because a login and personal content are processed there.

ISF companion and AI conversation

In the password-protected area there are two variants of the ISF companion. They handle your inputs differently.

Deterministic companion (page /isf-business): This runs entirely in your browser. There is no server, no database and no AI model involved. Your inputs are not transmitted, not stored and not evaluated. The conversation history is ephemeral and gone after you close or reload the page.

Talking AI companion (page /isf-begleiter): So that the companion can respond, the previous conversation history is transmitted to our server interface and from there to our AI service provider Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, California, USA). This means: what you write there — including freely worded, personal texts — is transmitted to Anthropic and processed there in order to generate the response. In doing so, a data transfer to the USA takes place.

What applies to the AI companion

  • The most recent messages of the conversation are transmitted (limited to the last roughly two dozen, each message truncated).
  • We do not store the conversation in a database of our own. The history stays in your browser and is gone after you close or reload.
  • Anthropic processes the data on our behalf in order to generate the response. Under the commercial terms of use, the inputs and outputs sent via the interface are not used to train the models; they may be retained for a limited time for safety and abuse review.
  • Please only enter what is necessary here. Refrain from particularly sensitive information and from names or data of third parties that are not needed.

The speech output of the talking companion is generated via the service ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs Inc., USA): for this, the companion’s response text to be read aloud is transmitted to ElevenLabs, which generates the audio voice from it. What is transmitted is the companion’s text, not any recording of you; in doing so, a data transfer to the USA takes place. If ElevenLabs is not available, the output falls back to the voice built into the browser, which works locally on your device.

The legal basis for the AI conversation is your consent and the performance of the function you requested (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (DSGVO) or Art. 31 revDSG). The AI companion is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis or crisis support.

Access to the protected area

The ISF companion is currently only accessible with a password. After correct entry we set a technically necessary, signed cookie (httpOnly) that recognises you as unlocked for 30 days, so that you do not have to re-enter the password on every visit. The cookie contains no personal content, only a signed proof of unlocking. It serves exclusively this access function and not advertising or tracking. You can delete it at any time by removing the cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can make requests informally via the contact details in the imprint.

This privacy policy is continuously expanded as further data flows, contact form, newsletter, platform, are documented. It does not replace a legal review. Before productive operation with sensitive data, it should be proofread by a qualified body.
