About

About me and my work

Nathan-Luca Wagner

I am Nathan-Luca Wagner. I work with the inner logic of the human being.

My work is not only born of theory. It is also born of my own story. After a complex traumatisation, I spent many years trying to understand, stabilise and integrate my own inner world. For around twenty years, I have been on this path of self-inquiry, encountering many approaches, testing them, questioning them, and slowly recognising which inner connections actually matter.

What has helped me, I would like to pass on.

Not as a finished truth. Not as a replacement for therapy. But as experience-based knowledge, psychological orientation and consciousness-oriented companionship for people who want to understand themselves more deeply.

My models

Out of this search I am developing several psychological and consciousness-oriented models, among them the Anxiety-Recognition Theory (explained in detail in my book Die Wertung), the Meta-Model-N, and Schema-B. Together they connect psychological self-inquiry, inner pattern recognition, valuation awareness, conflict understanding, and spiritual development.

I also draw on the work of Dr. med. Pascal Wohlgemuth on the resolution of conflicts, gently expanded and combined with my own understanding of valuation, fear, recognition and self-worth.

How I see the human being

I do not see the human being as a mistake, a diagnosis, or a problem. I see the human being as a consciousness that has been shaped, that has protected itself, that has adapted, and that has sometimes lost contact with itself in the process.

For me, change begins where this inner connection becomes visible: between fear and love, between valuation and self-worth, between inner pressure and outer behaviour.
